The Aztec Process: AAAET
A Sacred Pathway to Emotional Alchemy & Soul Remembrance
In the quiet moments, when your heart whispers for healing and your soul longs to be seen, there is a process - a sacred rhythm - that invites you home to yourself.
This is the Aztec Process, also known as AAAET
Awareness. Acknowledge. Acceptance. Embrace. Transmute.
It is more than a framework. It is a way of being
A living, breathing sequence gifted through deep journey work and soul remembrance, the Aztec Process came to me as a download, encoded with the frequencies of healing, truth, and freedom. It’s the heart of Aztec Héäling and is woven into everything I offer, from 1:1 mentoring and private ceremonies to group gatherings and cacao rituals.
Let me walk you through each step…
1. Awareness
Every transformation begins here.
Awareness is the moment you pause and notice. The tightness in your chest. The loop playing in your mind. The feeling you’ve buried beneath busyness.
We cannot heal what we do not see.
Awareness invites us to witness ourselves without judgement. To bring light to the shadows.
2. Acknowledge
From awareness, we move into acknowledgment. This is where we say:"I see you. I hear you. Thank you."
It may seem simple, but these words hold profound power. They soften resistance and validate the part of you that has waited so long to be seen.
Acknowledging what is - without trying to fix it - creates space for healing.
3. Acceptance
Here we breathe into the truth of what’s present.
Not with resignation, but with reverence.
Acceptance does not mean we condone what happened. It means we choose to no longer fight reality. We surrender the struggle and begin to flow with life rather than against it.
4. Embrace
This is where the inner alchemy begins.
We ask: “How old do I feel right now?” and allow that inner child, that old version of self, to be held with love.
We bring them into our arms, into our breath, into our body.
We embrace the pain, the memory, the unmet need, not to relive it, but to reparent it.
5. Transmute
Only after the first four steps do we arrive here, where energy shifts, patterns dissolve, and something new becomes possible.
Transmutation is the alchemy of emotion.
It's where we reclaim power, rewrite the story, and take inspired action from a place of truth.
This isn’t about spiritual bypassing or rushing to “love and light.”
It’s about being with what is, fully and courageously, until it shifts naturally.
A Living Practice
The Aztec Process can be done in ceremony, in stillness, or even in a moment of daily life.
You might practice it while journaling, walking in nature, or in the middle of a challenging conversation.
It’s a compass. A container. A way back to self.
If your heart is calling for something deeper, for a practice that meets you exactly where you are, know this process is here for you. And so am I.
